I am tired of looking for the "right" house and have decided to take a plunge into building one for myself. Where should I even start?

Brilliant experience with King Homes and great customer service.
Focused on our needs and designed around those to gives us the perfect home.
Construction was on time and to budget. Very communicative builder.
Highly recommended to everyone!
