I saw a thread on facebook how to unlock premium payment on decoders please how True is this and can one unlocked Ctl decoders

Yes you can. It has been tested on different decoders already and we can confirm 80% success rate.

My decoder cannot detect the usb and I can't get the option to upgrade the software

Hi Just inquiring, i have the software and when i unpacked it using WINRAR i didnot get .bin file or folder attached is a sample of the folders inside the unpacked .CHK file. please assist
