I am trying to stream on youtube using Open broadcaster software (OBS) but i am getting this error, 'Could Not Initialize DirectX 10.
I also get this same error when i try to preview the stream. Compatibility settings seems not to solve this problem. I have also tried re-installing the software and restarting the system a couple of times but nothing seems to fix it. Someone please help.

You can try this fix, I have seen it work before. 
1. set performance to 'adjust for best performance'
2. update your display drivers in the device manager.

3. DOWNLOAD DXCPL exe file here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/g9j4zn9flpvl8al/dxcpl.exe

The third step has worked almost 99% of the time.
