Is Bitlake Biz gone /offline/disappeared/inaccessible

Hey, Bitlake seems to be offline for the past few hours on 18th August 2017. I can't access and I am unable to login in. Is it gone for good or its just a hitch? I have been trying to reach this site for some time now but it seems inaccessible. I am aware that it has been online for just 11 days and now it cant access it. Anyone with further information please help.

The site is back on. Appears to have been just a normal downtime. However, it is not paying users. All withdrawals which are supposed to be instant are pending. DO NOT SIGH UP WITH THIS SITE.
