In my experience, people who’re looking for customer support tools make a mistake of focusing either on the experience their customers get, or the experience their team gets.

An excellent live chat doesn’t matter if your team loses track of new messages. And a stellar help desk will be left empty if the live chat experience is subpar.

If the tool you picked can’t accommodate, the only thing you’re left with is headache
